Close proximity to major highways, Quiet area for relaxation, Spacious Queen Suite design

The elevator was out of order, making it hard to carry luggage!!! Rooms seemed unclean with outdated decor and stained carpets!!! Noise from kids running in the hallways disrupted our peace!!! Poor maintenance with inadequate water pressure and dirty pool conditions!!!

Broken elevator made my stay difficult.

Clean room and helpful staff, but breakfast options were a bit limited.

We loved the spacious Suite and the great location, making trips to local attractions like Bloomingdale Golf Club easy for our family of grown kids. The staff was friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for families with different tastes.

I had a nice stay here with my family, enjoying the indoor pool and the cozy atmosphere of our King Suite. The relaxing pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, even though we found some ants in our room, which was a bit annoying. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for a comfy spot to kick back! 🌟

The queen suite provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the complimentary breakfast was truly outstanding, featuring hot sandwiches that exceeded expectations. However, the experience was marred by excessive noise from unruly guests throughout the night. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible wear and tear on the furniture and carpet.

The king suite was spacious and equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and comfortable seating area. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and fitness center for some fun and exercise. Breakfast included hot items like scrambled eggs and sausages, which were a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Nice hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me find a lost item during my first stay. The breakfast staff is especially kind!

The hotel location was convenient, easy to access main roads for my travels. However, I faced a couple of issues. The water pressure in the shower was disappointing. It took forever to rinse off. Also, I noticed some cleanliness issues, especially with the carpeting showing signs of wear. Staff were polite, but a bit slower to respond when I asked for assistance. That could definitely improve. Overall, not a bad stay, but there are areas needing attention.
